Our onboarding process is pretty simple.

From day one you are assigned an IT guy —  YOUR IT guy. This will be the person who knows everything about your network and manages it from here on out. This approach is usually faster and more cost effective. It also ensures that you’ll never have to work your way through a remote support desk.

We’ll also install our software that protects you from viruses, make sure your systems back-up, and create a list of all stuff we need to know to be able to support you going forward.

After we make sure everything is up and running, we will shoot you an email with a list of issues we should address soon, IT recommendations, and any outstanding questions we have for you or your old IT company.

After that, we manage your IT and make sure it stays up and running.
