We know how hard it is to find decent IT. Even harder to find folks you can trust to show and actually fix what’s broken.
Labor is our estimate on our support service labor cost. We charge for time and materials and the rate varies by the amount of hardware we need to support, as well as the frequency and urgency level of service required.
Network Firewalls are security appliances in between your internet provider and your network. They protect inbound attacks, monitor for outbound bots, and can control access to web sites. We monitor and manage the firewall centrally. When abnormal traffic pops up, we alert your support team and they investigate if there is an infected machine or hacker in action.
Server protection is the combination of server health monitoring, patching, and anti-virus.
Workstation protection is the combination of computer health monitoring, patching, and anti-virus.
