Proactive Technology Management is committed to safeguarding the security and privacy of
any personal data shared via SMS. This policy outlines our intent and usage of SMS messaging
to provide you with flexible and accessible support methods for any of your IT needs. You are
NOT required to opt in to SMS messaging to receive support from Proactive.

Each of our technicians has their own direct number through our organization. You may
receive SMS messages from their DID number, or from our main line: (248) 723-7903

Our team is dedicated to keeping your information safe. Any information shared or requested
over text should be relevant and current to the support request at hand.\

Note: This is not a technician’s personal cell phone number. You are communicating with our
support team via our CallHarbor system.

Purpose of Data Collection

Any information requested by a Proactive technician via SMS should be pertaining to a past,
existing, or new support request. Support provided via text messaging should is
conversational and allows you to easily converse with our support team to troubleshoot any
issues in real time. Please do not share any personal information NOT pertaining to your
technology support request. Information requested by a support technician may include:

Consent and Opt-In Instructions

If your Primary technician or other Proactive technician is trying to text you regarding a
support request, you will receive the following message:

“A technician from Proactive Technology Management is trying to contact you
regarding a support request. Please respond with “ACCEPT” to consent to being
contacted via SMS from Proactive Technology Management regarding any current and
future support requests. To stop receiving support via SMS, please text “STOP”.”

If you have successfully opted in to receive support via SMS, you will receive the following
message:

“You have successfully opted in to receive text messages from Proactive Technology
Management. Message frequency varies. Data and msg rates apply. Reply STOP to opt
out. For help, please call (248)723-7903 or contact your Primary Technician.”

Data Sharing Restrictions

Proactive Technology Management will not share or sell consumer information to third
parties for marketing or promotional purposes. The purpose of contacting you via text
messaging is to expand the platforms on which our technicians can communicate with their
clients and easily provide support updates.
