Labor is our estimate on our support service labor cost. We charge for time and materials and the rate varies by the amount of hardware we need to support, as well as the frequency and urgency level of service required.

• Our anti-virus is cloud-based and always up to date – we are alerted if there are any issues and we have eyes on the dashboard all day.
• Health monitoring is looking for issues before they become crises, such as bad hard drives, crashed services, or low disk space.
