After we assess your IT situation, we’ll come up with a project plan that lays out the timing and cost of a solution we would like to implement. It’s nothing very formal. It basically us saying “hey, we’re going to move you to a new file server, hey, we are going to reconfigure this, hey, we’re going to replace that” — and yes, always with the word hey in front of everything, obviously.
After a project has been completed, your primary technician will be on site the next day to deal with any sort of fallout. The bottom line is that our team will always be looking for new, updated, or reconfigured solutions that will help us help you.
